This prenatal package is designed specifically for moms who just want their partner and/or their mom in the delivery room with them. Package Includes *2 prenatal meetings (in-person/virtually) prenatal visit included but not limited to (nutrition, signs and stages of labor, relaxation techniques/ birthing positions) *I can/will assist you in exploring your options in your choice of a care provider and place of birth *Create a birth plan *Prepare your support team (labor/postpartum) *I will be available to you throughout your pregnancy and labor to discuss your questions and concerns via phone, email, and text * 2 Prenatal Yoga Sessions
